Terms and Conditions

  1. This prize draw is open to new Tickles members aged 18 years or over who are resident in the United Kingdom.
  2. Entrants are required to sign up to Tickles’s mailing list in order to qualify for entry into the prize draw. There are no purchase requirements and a purchase does not increase an entrant’s chance of winning.
  3. Entrants must complete the registration form at www.tickes.co.uk to submit an entry
  4. A person may enter the prize draw only once.
  5. Tickles prize draw entries may be submitted from 00.01 a.m. on Monday 14 November until 23.59 on Wednesday 30 November. Entries received before or after this date and time will not be entered into the prize draw.
  6. Entries which appear to the promoter (in its sole discretion) not to have been submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions or are delayed, damaged, incomplete, altered or illegible will be disqualified from entry to the prize draw.
  7. Prize draw: one (1) winner will be selected at random by Monday 5 December 2011 to win the following prize:
    • £500 in cash
  8. The prize is non-transferable.
  9. The prize winner will be notified by 7 December 2011 by email. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that the contact details provided are accurate and will remain accurate for the duration of the prize draw. At this stage the winner will be expected to provide the promoter with details of their bank account and home address.
  10. The promoter will send the prize to the winner’s bank account by bank transfer no later than 10days after the winner has responded to winning notification.
  11. If the prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made to contact the winner, after 7 days the promoter reserves the right to conduct another prize draw to determine a new winner without any liability to the original winner for doing so.
  12. Local Vouchers Ltd will not be liable for any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that prevents the prize from being delivered to the winner.
  13. The winner agrees to take part in any post-promotion publicity in connection with the prize draw.
  14. The promoter’s announcement of the winning entrant is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The name and county of the winner will be made available on written request for up to 90 days after the prize draw winner is drawn.
  15. The promoter reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice at any time, for whatever reason, and without liability to any entrants for doing so.
  16. By entering this prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  17. Employees of Archant Limited or Local Vouchers Limited or Pearcey Venture Partners LLP (including any subsidiaries thereof) and their immediate families, their agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion are prohibited from entering.
  18. Tickles full Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy apply to entry into this prize draw.
  19. This prize draw is subject to the laws of England and Wales and the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
