What is Tickles?
Tickles is a new money saving website which uses the power of online group buying to bring you unbeatable money saving deals from businesses in your local area.
Do I have to sign up a group of people I know to get the deal?
No - we have over 15,000 registered local Ticklerswho will be sent the daily and weekend Tickles but as this is a great way to get unbeatable daily deals you will probably want to recommend Tickles to your friends, family, colleagues and everyone you know so that they can become a Tickler too!
I would like to buy the daily or weekend Tickle – how do I do this?
Just click "BUY IT" before the offer ends at midnight. If the minimum number of people sign up, we will charge your card and send you an email to print your Tickles voucher. If we do not attract the minimum number of people then the Tickle is cancelled and your credit/debit card will not be charged. So invite all of your friends to be sure you get the Tickle!
What happens if the Tickle doesn’t reach the minimum number of purchasers to activate the deal?
If the Tickles deal doesn't reach its Happy Point then the Tickle is cancelled and your credit/debit card will not be charged.
What is a Happy Point?
The Happy Point is the minimum number of customers who must commit to purchasing a Tickle before it can go ahead. We are only able to secure such fantastic discounts from our businesses by agreeing to generate them a guaranteed number of purchases, so if the Happy Point is not reached we can't provide the offer to any of our customers which is why you need to tell all your friends and family about us to make sure the Tickle you want will go ahead!
How long do I have to use my Tickles voucher?
Unless otherwise stated all Tickles vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Vouchers are valid 24 hours after the Tickle closes to give businesses time to prepare for the vouchers to be redeemed, so if you purchase a Daily Tickle on Monday you cannot redeem it until Wednesday.
I have bought a Tickles voucher - how do I use it?
Once the Tickle has closed and your card has been debited you will receive an email with a link to download and print your voucher. You can also log into your account and view and print your voucher.
Once you have your printed voucher, simply take it to the business named on the voucher and redeem it as you would any other coupon.
Can I buy a Tickle as a gift for someone else?
You certainly can! When purchasing a Tickle you have the option of specifying the name of the person you will be gifting it to - enter their name and continue with the purchase and once the Tickle reaches its Happy Point and you receive the voucher, simply send it to them by email, or print it off and give it to them directly!

If I don't use the full value of the Tickles voucher in one visit, can I use the remainder later?
No. Unless otherwise stated you do not receive store credit or cash back for whatever value of the voucher you don't use.
Can I combine my Tickles voucher with any other offers from the business?
Unfortunately Tickles vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
What will you do with my credit card and billing information?
We use a fully PCI DSS compliant credit card processing company called Sage Pay (formerly Protx). All your information is transmitted via a Secure Socket Layer connection (SSL) and is fully encrypted. This and your other personal information is safe and secure and will only ever be used for your intended purpose. The secure padlock image on your browser confirms this. We will not store your credit card details on our servers and none of our staff have access to any of your payment details at any time.
Can I return a Tickles voucher?
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. Unless there is something wrong with the purchase we are generally unable to offer refunds. If you would like to discuss returning your Tickles voucher, e-mail or call us: 01603 772321.
What happens if I copy my Tickle voucher and give it to a friend?
Each voucher has a unique reference number linked to your purchase and can only be redeemed once. We strongly discourage anyone from copying the voucher or passing on the voucher number to any other person, as once the voucher has been redeemed it cannot be used again.
Each business has a list of every voucher that has been purchased and its unique number, and they will mark off the voucher once it has been redeemed to prevent fraudulent activity.
